The members of HCYC serve the very best food ever, and to commemorate all our wonderful cooks I propose to assemble a HILL COUNTRY YACHT CLUB COOK BOOK. Please send me your favorite recipes by email (sfisherjr@earthlink.net), snail mail (11418 Whisper Bluff, San Antonio 78230) or give them to me at the Club. If I receive enough recipes I will assemble them in book form and investigate the feasibility of having it published. No Club funds would be used in this project, but if it is successful any profit would go to the Club as a donation.
