The annual sweetheart party on February 10^thwas a huge success. The steaks were thick and juicy and grilled to perfection. Thanks to Jerry Dechert, Dave Beckett and David Herrington for doing the grilling honors and thanks to Marsha Teague, Mary Beckett, Elaine Ruiz and Carol Teat, who helped with the other preparation and clean-up.

Our next event is the St. Patrick’s Party, which coincidentally occurs on March 17^th. We’ll have something Irish for dinner, but probably tastier than I understand Irish foods tend to be. This party is totally furnished by HCYC, so come and enjoy the food and frivolity. I know the ladies are getting their crews together for the O’Sadie Hawkins Race earlier in the day, so be sure to reserve some energy for the evening’s event.
